Orders are packed and shipped out with care from North York, ON, within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
Flat Rate Shipping $9.95 for Canada and USA.
We ship by First Class Mail, please expect longer than usual delivery times.
For Canada, orders will arrive within 3-5 days.
For USA, orders will arrive within 1-2 weeks.
An email with tracking information will be sent to you once shipped.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, promptly and posted within (10) business days.

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange can’t be offered.
Due to the nature of the products we sell your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
